2.Return Conditions

  • 30-Day Return Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for returns. After 30 days, we will not be able to process refund requests.
  •  Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product due to our error (excluding minor packaging imperfections such as dust or slight marks), please contact us with images of your full order, the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide the best possible resolution.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of the product), a 20% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Product Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  •  Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, we will email you return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please provide us with the tracking number once the item is shipped. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

3.Return Process

  • Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item, including all original accessories and documentation. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  • Tracking & Confirmation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the return status, and if approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
  • PayPal payments: Refunds may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your PayPal account.
  • Credit card payments: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
